Amendment Agreement 修订协议

An amendment agreement is a change, correction, clarification, or deletion to an agreement that M800 and Customer/Supplier/Partner have already signed. An amendment leaves the original agreement substantially intact.

修订协议是对 M800 与客户/供应商/合作伙伴已签署的协议的更改、更正、澄清或删除。修订协议基本保留原协议的内容。

For example, if a customer would like to change a clause in an agreement, an amendment agreement shall be entered between M800 and the original contracting party. 

例如，如果客户希望更改协议中的某一条款，M800 与原签约方之间应签订修订协议。
