Hiring Manager submits “Manpower requisition Form”. CEO reviews and approves the application. The process will end if not approved. If approved, HR Manager creates job advertisements, and the job advertisement will be hosted on career websites and BambooHR.

When candidate applies for the job and submits CV, BambooHR stores the Candidate’s application, and then Hiring Manager reviews Candidate’s CV and decides if the applicant is qualified to be interviewed. The process will end if not qualified. 

If qualified, HR Manager makes appointment with the Candidate for the interview, Candidate confirms the interview schedule and attends the interview. HR and Hiring Manager interviews the candidate and decides if the applicant is suitable for the position. The process will end if not qualified.

If qualified, HR Manager creates offer. BambooHR stores the offer details, then CEO reviews and approves the offer. The process will end if not approved. 

If the offer approved, HR Manager sends offer letter to Candidate. When Candidate accepts the offer and signs agreement, BambooHR adds the Candidate into employee records. And System automatically creates a new item in Monday.com for the onboarding process. The reference check process will proceed.

HR opens a ticket in Jira to inform IT and COO to give access company email, Cinnox / Monday / HubSpot / Jira accounts, etc before the new comer will have joined.

On the on-board day, HR sends a welcome email with Staff Handbook, Workstem User Guide, Preparation for New Staff Onboard_2023 and ISO information, Information Management System (IMS) Company Manual, Information Security Policy, IT Service Management System Policy etc.

The new comer must read all materials and send the signed “onboard checklist_HK” form to HR. The onboarding procedure completes.
