Commission calculation for individual virtual sales
Commission are calculated through PartnerStack reward trigger when transaction record of PartnerStack referrals is uploaded to PartnerStack by manual import. The main purpose of the process is to check the payment settlement record of PartnerStack referrals and create the transaction import file.
Step 1: Download PartnerStack customer and partner list
Goes to PartnerStack "Referrals" -> "Export records" -> click "All time record" -> "Export selected data"
Step 2: Download HubSpot companies and deal list with PartnerStack reseller partner key
HubSpot company page click "All filter" -> filter with "PartnerStack Reseller Partner Key"is knon. Click "Action" -> "Export view" -> "Export"

Step 3: Check PartnerStack partner key in HubSpot deal and PartnerStack customer
Step 4: Add the payment settlement record as current month transactions
Step 5: Import the transaction record to PartnerStack

Extra for commissioncrowd virtual sales
Additional commission rate varies with the individual's monthly acculmulated sales are not supported by PartnerStack. Additional calculation should be made to any sales had monthly accululated sales exceeded the additinal commission rate threshold
Step 1: Sum the current monthly transaction for each commissioncrowd virtual sales
Step 2: Manual calculate reward for any virtual sales entitle extra commission
Step 3: Import reward into PartnerStack for release

Commission are split by different role in virtal sales team for each customer. All the customer and deal are logged in HubSpot only. Manual process and transformation of data required before uploading the company and transaction record to PartnerStack for commission calculation.
Step 1: Download HubSpot deal with virtual team involvement
Step 2: Download PartnerStack customer and partner infomation
Step 3: Check PartnerStack partner key in HubSpot deal and PartnerStack customer
Step 4: Upload new customer record that split accordng to virtual team member
Step 5: Add the payment settlement record as current month transactions
Step 6: Import the transaction record to PartnerStack
