How to ensure the TF/DID numbers could be successfully provisioned in ODB?
Once the request of TF/DID is received for Cinnox service, IOD shall need to ensure the online service of the number that to be distributed is turned on.
In order to turn on the online service, please follow the below steps:
After the online service has turned on, IOD needs to check if the supplier of the country of number that to be distributed has been added into API Pricing config under profile of MC (Maaiiconnect).
After the supplier has been added, the provisioning team could distributed the number to the dedicated Service ID in One Dash Board.
