Involved Parties: Account Manager, Sales Head, IOD, Provisioning Team
Account Manager creates Hubspot ticket to reserve the number.
- Ticket pipeline should be chosen Number Reservation
- Provide your requests on Ticket Description including Destination, Number requirements.
Example:
- Assign the ticket to IOD
IOD checks the number availability and reserves the number in HKBOSS.
The number will be reserved for 7 DAYS only.
IOD provides number reservation information on the ticket, copies Account Manager and Provisioning Team, and updates the pipeline to Number Reserved.
Provisioning Team tests the Reserved Number. If the number works, Provisioning Team comments on the ticket Number Tested. If the number does not work, further investigation should be followed up.
Account Manager notifies the customer after successful testing and confirms the number reservation with IOD within 7 Days.
Account Manager creates another Hubspot ticket to active the reserved number.
- Ticket pipeline should be chosen Service amendment/addition/termination-Traditional Business
- Full details should be provided which include Number, Effective Date, Number Reservation related ticket link, Completed CSR Form 102.
- Customer profile and billing contact is needed. IOD need to remark the contact as "Billing Contact" in Hubspot.
- Sales should create Company profile if there is a NEW customer. IOD have to click/update "Sync to Netsuite" .
The Sales Head review and approve the ticket.
IOD checks CSR Form, Customer information, Billcode, adds all the information into HKBOSS Toll-Free Services, and updates status to IOD Approved.
Provisioning Team provisions the number and updates the status to Provisioning Team Approved.
