How to terminate the Toll-Free/DID number for the customer?

Involved Parties: Account Manager, Sales Head, IOD, Provisioning Team and HKBoss Team

Account Manager creates Hubspot ticket (Traditional service addition/ amendment/ termination) requesting Toll-Free / DID number termination. Termination Number, related Bill Code, Termination Effective Date, and Supporting documents such as customer confirmation email must be provided together with the submission of the ticket.

IOD checks Hubspot ticket completeness (Termination Number, Bill Code, Termination Effective Date) and input number termination effective date into HKBOSS Toll-Free Service.

IOD Head review and confirm the update in HKBOSS is accurate.

IOD assigns the ticket to Provisioning Team for service termination.

The Provisioning Team terminates the service according to the termination date and creates a note on Hubspot ticket upon completion. 

HKBoss confirms and validates the updates and service termination are in place accurately in HKBoss.
