Novation Agreement 更替协议

A novation is an agreement made between two contracting parties to allow for the substitution of a new party for an existing one.

更替是两个合同方之间达成的协议，允许以新的一方取代现有的一方。

For example, if a customer would like to change the contracting party from A company (the original contracting party) to B Company (which is an affiliated company of the customer) (the new contracting party), an novation agreement shall be entered between M800, the original contracting party and the new contracting party. 

例如，如果客户希望将签约方从 A 公司（原签约方）变更为 B 公司（客户的关联公司）（新签约方），则 M800、原签约方和新签约方之间应签订更替协议。
