      Finance 财务
      1. Customer shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears of the total Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) and the Usage-based Charges (UBC) based on the total amount of the call and SMS usage of that month, if purchases additional services. 
        客戶應按月度付款。若客戶購買額外服務, 需繳付費用包括每月經常性費用總金額和每月使用通話和短信服務的使用費。M800應在每月履行服務後的次月向客戶開具發票。
      2. The payment due date shall be 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. 
        付款到期日爲發票開具之日起 30 個日曆日。
      3. Each party shall bear all bank charges imposed by its own banks. 
        各方應承擔其各自銀行收取的所有銀行費用。
      4. Prepayment預付:
        a. (i) If the customer subscribes CINNOX for a fixed period time (e.g. 12 months), and (ii)the customer makes the prepayment covering the entire period, please use the template of "(Fixed period with full prepayment)" with the following wordings for clause 6 of the Terms and Conditions:  "Customer shall pre-pay CINNOX subscription fees for the total of USD [*] upon the execution of this Service Order Form." 
        (i) 如果客户订购的 CINNOX 为固定期限（如 12 个月），且 (ii) 客户预付的款项涵盖整个期限，请使用"（全额预付的固定期限）"模板，并在条款和条件第 6 条中使用以下措辞："客戶應於簽訂此服務訂單表時預付CINNOX訂購費總值金額為美金[*]元。"
        b. (i) If the customer is on MRC, and the customer makes the prepayment for a certain period (e.g. 3 months),  please use the template of " (Monthly payment without full prepayment)" with the following wordings for clause 6 of the Terms and Conditions:  "Customer shall pre-pay  USD [*] upon the execution of this Service Order Form." 
        (i) 如果客户使用的是 MRC，且客户预付了一定期限（如 3 个月）的款项，请使用"（按月付款/无需全额预付）"的模板，并在条款和条件第 6 条中使用以下措辞："客戶應於簽訂此服務訂單表時預付為美金 [*]元。"
        (c) (i) If the customer subscribes CINNOX for a fixed period time (e.g. 12 months), (ii)the customer makes the prepayment covering the entire period, and (iii) there is an optional service that the customer could choose, please use the template of "(Fixed period with full prepayment) (Optional add-on)" with the following wordings for clause 6 of the Terms and Conditions:  "Customer shall pre-pay CINNOX subscription fees and other fees as stated in Part B for the whole service period upon the execution of this Service Order Form." 
        (i)如果客户订购的 CINNOX 为固定期限（如 12 个月），(ii) 客户预付了整个期限的款项，(iii) 客户可选择一项可选服务，请使用"（固定期限，全额预付）（可选附加服务）"模板，并在条款和条件第 6 条中使用以下措辞："客戶應於簽訂此服務訂單表時預付整个服务期内的 CINNOX 订购费和 B 部分所述的其他费用。"
      5. Customer shall provide a security deposit of amount USD [*] [equivalent to 3 months of the total Monthly Recurring Charges] for initial service account setup. Without prejudice to the forgoing provisions of Customer’s payment obligations in relation to MRC and UBC, M800 will return the full amount of security deposit to Customer after the expiration of the Subscribed Service Duration or the date of Service early termination.
        爲首次設置服務賬戶，客戶應向台灣資信支付一筆金額爲  美元[*]  的訂金。該訂金的計算公式：3 X 每月經常性費用總金額。在不損害M800對付款所享有的上述權利的情況下，台M800將在服務訂購有效期屆滿後或在提早終止服務之後歸還全部訂金。
      6.  Any applicable taxes, including but not limited to VAT or Local Tax, are not included in our price.
        本服務訂單表中的價格中不包含任何適用稅費，包括但不限於營業稅或地方稅。

      Operation运行

      1. Call usage charges are computed in one (1) minute increments with an initial one (1) minute  minimum per call. 
        通話使用量的收費以分鐘作計算單位，通話少於一分鐘均作一分鐘計費。
      2. Liquidity charge for Service early termination will be payable for (a) the total CINNOX Subscription Fees and Monthly Recurring Charges x remaining Subscribed Service Duration; and/or (b) any unpaid amount of the call and/or SMS Usage Charge(s). 
        客戶在服務訂閱有效期內提早終止服務，應向台灣資信支付包括 (1) 每月經常性費用總金額 X 餘下服務訂購有效期；和/或 (2) 未付的通話和/或短信服務使用費。
      3. M800 reserves the right to rearrange the DID/ITFS number(s) previously assigned to Customer for other usage forthwith after the Service termination by Customer. 
        M800保留在客戶終止服務後立即重新分配客戶的DID/ITFS號碼用作其他用途的權利。
      4. All information that Customer may receive or have received relating to pricing, discount, data, provisioning detail and the terms of this Service Order Form (“Confidential Information”) shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Confidential Information shall be used by Customer for the purpose of this Service Order Form and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the explicit written consent of M800. M800 reserves the right to amend pricing, discount, provisioning details or other information in this Service Order Form by serving prior notice to Customer before order confirmation is placed by Customer to M800. 
        客戶應獲取或已獲取有關定價、折扣、數據、服務開通的詳細信息和本服務訂單表條款相關的所有信息視爲保密信息，並對保密信息負有有嚴格的保密義務。客戶應僅將保密信息用於與本服務訂單表相關用途，未經 M800書面明確同意，不得向任何第三方披露此等保密信息。在客戶向M800提供訂單確認函之前，經事先通知，M800保留修訂本服務訂單表定價、折扣、服務開通詳細信息或其他信息的權利。
      5. Customer expressly consents that M800 can use the Customer’s logo, trade name or service mark to make public announcement(s), communications or circulars in connection with Customer’s use of the Service. 
        客戶明確同意台灣資信可使用其徽標、商號或服務標記，包括允許M800就客戶使用服務發佈公告、通信或通告。
      6. The Service under this Service Order Form is subject to the acceptance of the prevailing CINNOX Master Service Agreement that is published and amended from time to time at CINNOX’s website (www.cinnox.com) (“CINNOX Master Service Agreement”). CINNOX Master Service Agreement shall form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of this Service Order Form. By signing this Service Order Form, Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein. 
        本服務訂單表項下的服務均受制於CINNOX主服務協議的條款和條件。CINNOX 主服務協議公佈於CINNOX網站（www.cinnox.com）並隨時更新和修訂。CINNOX主服務協議應構成本服務訂單表的組成部分。客戶簽署本服務訂單表，即表示客戶承認並同意受到本服務訂單表條款和條件的約束。
      7. The price stated in this Service Order Form is charged in USD. Customer shall settle the payment for this Service Order Form in USD or HKD. If the Customer elects to settle the payment by HKD, the exchange rate of USD to HKD shall be USD 1 to HKD 7.8.
        本服務訂單表上的價格以美元結算。客戶應以美元或港元支付本服務訂單表的款項。如客戶選擇以港元付款，美元兌港元的匯率為 1 美元兌 7.8 港元。
