Deal creation guideline
This article provide guideline for sales deal creation and how to create and send quotation
Stage table:
| Stage Name: | Details: |
| Appointment scheduled | Sales had connected with leads and scheduled first call or meetings. |
| Qualified to buy | Leads are qalified and recognised as potential customer to our products |
| Presentation scheduled | Demo or presentation session is scheduled |
| Decision maker bought-in | Key decision maker had bought-In our solution |
| Contract sent | Quotation or contract had been sent |
| Closed won | Customer sign back quotation or contract |
| Closed lost | Case is lost |
Data input:
In stage before "Contract Send":
- Associate relevant Company / Contact
- Fill-in Company KYC properties (Name, Industry, Identity document ID, address)
- Attach Company identity document ID (e.g HKBR, HKCI, other countries company registration document)
- Complete Contact properties (Name, email, phone, role)
- Log and associate all deal related email conversation
- Line item are filled with correct name, qty, price, term months
- Fill-in deal "deposit amount" property
At stage "Contract sent":
- Refer to Pandadoc Quotation / SOF creation
At stage "Close won":
- Fill-in "Close won reason"
